1. When you place an order with us, it will involve payment for the paintings or the merchandise. You will receive an e-mail from us to confirm your purchase order including the total amount of payment.
2. Once you already make the payment and we have successfully received the payment, we will notify you and the order will be process.
3. Every painting will have a certificate of authenticity from Gary Hadameon Art.
4. We have made every effort to display on this website as accurate as possible the color of the painting however based on different monitor's display it might have different reflect of color and tone of the real painting.
5. By placing an order with us and paying for your goods you agree to and accept these terms, as well as my privacy policy, and the terms of website use.

1. You can use this website to select the painting or the merchandise you wish to buy and make your order to our email garyhadameon@garyhadameonart.com.
2. You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering and we will email you our PayPal account number.
3. All prices quoted on this website are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah).
4. Once your payment is complete, we will notify you of the dispatch date (normally around 7-10 days after checkout).

Once your order and payment received successfully, you do not have any reason for cancellation since we already process the delivery of the painting.

1. The painting or merchandise will normally be dispatched from our studios within 10 working days.
2. A carrier or shipping agent will normally deliver goods within 5-7 working days of dispatch for Indonesia area and more than 2 weeks for overseas shipments.
3. Your purchase will be delivered to the address you gave on your order.
